The following Terms of Service apply to standard commissions unless otherwise specified in a separate contract or written agreement.
Genral
The Artist may showcase completed work after delivery, while allowing the Commissioner a reasonable opportunity to publish the work first.
Revisions
Changes during the ideation and sketch phase are free of charge.After the sketch has been approved, additional revisions may incur extra fees depending on the complexity of the requested changes or if the client requests more than five revisions. The client will always be notified beforehand.Please avoid requesting major changes after the ideation and sketch phase, such as changes to the medium, concept, composition, or overall style.
Deadlines & Delivery
I generally don’t accept hard deadlines, unless a reasonable rush fee is agreed upon.I value collaboration, and I will be sharing the progress with you.Final deliverable in the agreed format, Client can also request the work file(s).
Copy right and usage policy
As a commissioner you are allowed to use the artwork wherever you want, as long as it's with proper credits.The Commissioner may not claim the artwork as their sole creation or authorship.Commercial use of the artwork is not permitted unless commercial rights and additional compensation have been agreed upon beforehand.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is split into two phases: 50% upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% after draft approval and before the final files are delivered.Payment methods are: Bank transfer, PayPal (for Euro), or Wise (for USD, Euro, and a few other currencies)Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. However, partial or full refunds may be considered if the Artist fails to deliver the agreed-upon work, scope, or format.If the Commissioner cancels the project after work has begun, a project kill fee may apply:Cancellation during Phase One: 50% of the total project fee is retained by the Artist.Cancellation during Phase Two: 100% of the total project fee may be retained due to labor and production time already invested into the artwork.Unless otherwise agreed, cancelled or terminated projects revert all rights to the artwork back to the Artist.
